Organizational inclusion through interaction of work meaningfulness and servant leadership: An artificial neural network approach

Modern organizations desire to fully include every organizational member in relevant activities for optimizing performance and reducing conflicts. This inclusion has become a challenge leaders due increased diversity inclusive organizations. On one hand, requires positive perception of the work itself (meaningfulness) and, on other needs inspirational who can incite full participation from members. In absence these two elements, negative behaviors are likely result emergence excluded groups individuals. Consequently, cynicism, discontentment, resentment conflicts arise which adversely affect inclusion. We infer that servant leadership, through its narrative “serving others”, play vital role creation meaningfulness. To investigate our inference about impact leadership directly, as well mediation/moderation meaningfulness, inclusion, this study used structural equation modelling. addition, artificial neural network (ANN) also been applied analyze data collected 400 employees working services manufacturing sector Turkey. An ANN model based multilayer perceptron predict meaningfulness along with mediating roles gender, age experience. The results adequately highlight strong influence
